Update: Thank you for your assistance. The leak has been found and is being repaired. The Borough would like your help in locating a water line break. With the cold temps there should be no standing water, unless there is a line break. Please report any running or standing water to the Borough office 610-845-2351 or email bally@comcast.net. We would appreciate the help since there is so much snow cover it will be difficult to locate.
