Bally Community Ambulance Association (BCAA) is an Advanced Life Support (ALS) emergency medical service organization that has been in operation since 1951. The ambulance offers both basic (BLS) and advanced (ALS) life support. All residents living in Bally Borough are now covered for EMS service (memberships) by the EMS tax. Membership means utilization of EMS service will be billed to your insurance, but any unpaid portion WILL NOT be billed to the resident. The membership applies to residents only, utilizing ambulance service from their Bally residence to the hospital.
