Municipal Water Authority

What is the Municipal Water Authority (MWA)?

Bally Borough Municipal Authority (the “Authority”) was incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in compliance with the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Act. The Authority is governed by an independent five-member board. The Authority provides public water service to the Borough of Bally, Victoria Village and some adjacent properties that are located in Washington Township, that is adjacent to the Borough of Bally.

The Municipal Authority meets quarterly on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at Bally Borough Hall. All are welcome to attend.
