Located outside of Bally Borough Hall, there is a box of books for your reading pleasure! Take a book, return a book, add a book. This is an initiative designed to provide residents of Berks County with places where they can access free books sponsored by the Berks County Public Libraries.
If you have a Berks County Public Library card, you can download and install the Libby app. This app allows patrons to read and listen to eBooks and eAudiobooks from the digital collection.
